The present General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "GTU") govern access to and use of our website. By browsing our site, you unreservedly accept the terms and conditions of these GTU. If you do not accept these terms, you are invited not to use our site.

Our site offers services for company formation, real estate sales, consultancy for installation and real estate investment in Bulgaria, aimed at individuals and businesses wishing to invest or settle in Bulgaria.
