Organization of on-site visits if necessary, over a period of a few days

Signing of the necessary documents for the purchase, after prior verification by our lawyers

Complete follow-up of the purchase process until the transfer of ownership of the property

Support for renovation works, in partnership with our interior architects and skilled craftsmen

Administrative management, including declarations at the town hall, payment of property tax, subscription to water and electricity contracts, etc.

Subscription to home insurance

Rental management (optional): calculation of projected profitability and rental management of your property through our concierge company
